The organization’s 10,000 members reside in some 97 countries around the world. IEEE EMBS provides a technically advanced platform to researchers and educators, bioinformaticians and biomedical engineers that bridges a link between science and life science, creating innovations in healthcare technology for the benefit of all humanity. Department of Bioinformatics – Member of IEEE EMBS:
Considering the burgeoning research trends in the field of Bioinformatics, the Department of Bioinformatics has become the professional member of IEEE EMBS. The Department of Bioinformatics at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology is the only official branch of IEEE in the International Islamic University, Islamabad.
